About
I am a PostDoc at the Centre for Research in Economics of Education at the University of Bern as part of the Swiss Leading House VPET-ECON. In my Ph.D. studies under the supervision of Prof. Michael Lechner, I wrote a thesis called "Essays in Causal Machine Learning". I worked at the Swiss Institute for Empirical Economic Research in St. Gallen, Switzerland (2016 - 2020) and was part of the NRP 75 "Big Data" in a project called "Causal Analysis with Big Data"(2017 - 2020).
My interests are at the intersection of machine learning and causal inference to answer empirical questions in economics of education, labour economics, and operations research.
